After being off Mounjaro for 2 weeks while coming back from New York, I’m finally taking my 63rd shot 💉. Yes, there was some weight gain… but honestly, I ate what I wanted and enjoyed myself. Sometimes life happens, routines change, and this journey isn’t always perfect.

In this update, I’m sharing what happened during my break, how I’m feeling getting back on track, and why I’m choosing progress over guilt. 💙
