Jaecoo dealership suspends staff caught cursing customer in viral video

A Jaecoo dealership has suspended an employee after a dashcam video went viral.

The 1-minute-22-second clip shows a staff member repeatedly cursing a customer over their complaints, even after realising the dashcam was recording.

The footage also caught another worker vaping inside the car before turning the dashcam off.
Jaecoo Puchong - Icon Jco 3S said it would take further disciplinary action once the probe concludes.

Its management team has reached out to the customer to resolve the matter.
