Windows Update installation time on Windows 7 vs. Windows 10

The Windows 7 computer isn't far behind the Windows 10 ones, but it's much older than the other two computers. Now the question is, how far behind would it be if it was running Windows 10?

This video doesn't have much point besides showing that Windows updates don't have many issues if you can spare the time to update them.

The Windows 7 computer is an IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad T60 with Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 1.83 GHz, 3 GB RAM, and 120 GB SSD with SATA 1 speed.
The first Windows 10 computer is an HP 15 with Intel Core i7-4510U 2.6 GHz, 4 GB RAM, and 500 GB SSD with SATA 3 speed.
The second Windows 10 computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad T440s with Intel Core i7-4600U 2.7 GHz, 12 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD, also with SATA 3 speed.
