Situation at Commonwealth Avenue as MMDA enforces NCAP in Metro Manila roads

Public utility vehicles, motorcycles and private cars traveled in their respective lanes along Commonwealth Avenue on Tuesday, May 27, as the No-Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) resumed on its second day, in designated areas of Metro Manila.

According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), a total of 1,112 traffic violations were recorded on Monday, May 26, the first day of the policy’s reimplementation. (Video courtesy of MMDA | FB)
