Ogham Stones Digitised
Dating from the 5th Century, Ogham Stones feature a sequence of carved notches and lines, which represent the earliest form of the Irish language.
Using government funding, the Dublin Institute of Advanced Studies has begun a free Ogham web database, cataloguing 3d images of the stones for future reference.
