Easy DIY 4 Runner Roof Rack Crossbars - $40/pair!!

This video shows how to make affordable and strong Roof Rack Crossbars for a Toyota 4Runner. We use our truck for Overlanding so the roof rack gets used a lot!
For this project I used:
1 10ft section of SuperStrut "B strut" (smaller than the A strut)
4 90 degree angle brackets (the ones with one hole in each leg)
4 1/2 in Cone-nuts (I used spring-nuts in the video but the cone-nuts are easier to use)
4 1/2 in X 1 in grade 8 bolts
4 1/2 in fender washers (these are larger diameter than regular washers)
4 1/4 in spring-nuts (cone-nuts won't fit)
4 1/4 in X 1 in grade 8 bolts
4 1/4 in fender washers
Note: I used grade 8 hardware for its weather resistance. You may have to cut off some of the spring on the spring-nuts to get them to fit.
