Spring Floral Arrangement (Cottage Garden Style)

It's time for a Spring flower arrangement! When selecting any plant for my garden a first priority is how would it look as a cut flower or stem? Is the foliage beautiful? Does it provide season long interest? I love creating cottage style arrangements for my home full of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and herbs that are pleasing to the eye and a culmination of whatever is blooming in the garden at the time - essentially capturing my garden at any point in time. Sometimes I go for a color scheme and other times, like this time, it's a rainbow of all the beautiful colors the garden has to offer. Many herbs have an excellent vase life, especially sage, giving the arrangement a beautiful texture or movement and scent.
