I hope this video will be helpful in bringing your awareness to protecting your energy . Protecting your energy is essential , especially for those who are sensitive , empaths , intuitive , healers , suffer with mental health and others energies draining them ect . I had to learn to the hard way with this as with most life lessons , learning from experience 😂 . I would also attract people who where in need of some type of healing or would be draining to my energy , for so many years I would suffer been exhausted and drained by others energy and my energy been taken , hence the description of energy vampires often people are unaware this is happening on an energetic level but those who understand energy and the human energy field will maybe have heard that term used before for people who literally drain their energy and life force . Sometimes it can be places to , where the energy may be very heavy and dense , or been in crowded busy places as you may feel everyone’s energy and that can be very overwhelming. I strongly advise anyone who is sensitive or uses their gifts to protect their energy at all times , even if you are working with your gift . There is so much that is unseen with the human eye 👁 in terms of energy . Visualisation techniques and grounding practices are very important and should be carried out daily , and before bed , and also if you are working with your gift in any capacity such as healing treatments or work with spirit ect . I also speak daily to my spirit team ( angels , guides , teachers , ancestors ect ) I call upon them for help and protection also , but also thanks and gratitude .

Water is powerful for cleansing your energy and so is the earth 🌍
Healthy boundaries will also help , especially in your everyday life . Making some small adjustments and taking a few minutes each day will drastically improve your well-being .
