Very rich gold ore crushed and processed. Nice surprise!

WOW! Did not expect that much! 500 lbs gold ore sample was dropped off by a friend for testing on my fine gold recovery system.
It turned out to be very high grade gold ore. I crushed the ore using the primary crusher a 3x4" jaw crusher. Then the secondary crusher an impact mill. The I used the Sepro Icon i150 gravity concentrator to concentrate the gold. The centrifugal concentrator uses a simple centrifuge to separate the heavy materials from the lighter. And is very good at fine gold recovery. Hard rock mining for gold is very different than gold panning or placer mining. However when you find the right high grade gold vein, with free gold, hard rock mining can be very rewarding.
