Rep. Beyer: We're Not a Country if We Don't Have a Border

Congress GOP have tide Ukraine aid into US border funding. This is becoming an issue since the US is almost out of funds to support Ukraine against Russia. Rep. Beyer (D) of Virginia says the Democratic Party will get behind restructuring the border asylum laws if it means aid to Ukraine and Israel.
