DOCTOR Reacts to HYAKKIMARU's Anatomy | DORORO Anime
Hey guys I'm a Doctor working in the UK and in this video I react and break down Hyakkimaru's Anatomy from the Dororo Anime.
In the Dororo anime, Hyakkimaru is born without; skin, eyes, ears, a nose, limbs or a nervous system. In this video I explain the purposes of all of these body parts as well as whether you could survive without them.
I walk you through several medical conditions and patient cases that are similar to Hyakkimaru's body, these include; Epidermolysis bullosa, Hanhart syndrome, Holt-oram syndrome and soo many more.
I explain the treatment options for these conditions as well as for conditions like deafness, blindness as well as conditions like congenital insensitivity to pain.
We cover all of this and soo much more whilst following Hyakkimaru and Dororo's journey to regain his body parts whilst defeating several demons along the way.
Now this show may not be for everyone as the scenes we look at today are quite graphic, so please be warned.
