Hey sis ! I created this work out to help you start your week off, putting your self and your health first.

My weight has fluctuated up-and-down my whole life. This year, 2025, I said enough is enough and decided to lock in and keep the weight off. I already feel an look soooo much better, and I want to share this feeling with you. 🫶🏾🥰 I am locked in and I hope you will be joining me this year + for a full and her body and outer body glow up.

Remember, exercise is only part of the journey, nutrition is equally important. I will continue to share healthy and delicious, vegan and vegetarian recipes with you all to help you along in your personal journey. But togetger we can accomplish anything !
