Going Back to Worlds! How 100T Almost Didn’t Qualify (ft Nadeshot)

100 Thieves is going back to Worlds! In this episode of “The Heist,” we take a look at our grueling best-of-5 series in the LCS Playoffs against Evil Geniuses.

Some heated discussion between Jiizuke and Abbedagge prefaced the match-up, and 100 Thieves started off with a huge win. The next few games put us at a 2-1 lead in the series, being only one game win away from qualifying for Worlds. What looked like a sure win in Game 4 led to one of the biggest upsets of all time, with EG’s Danny putting up huge numbers on his Tristan’s. After a devastating loss, the guys were able to bounce back and take the last game in decisive fashion, officially locking us in for the 2021 League of Legends World Championship. The job isn’t done yet, though, as the guys turn their attention toward winning 100 Thieves’ first LCS Championship title. Take a look at how it all unfolded here!
