Kawasaki Vulcan 900. Will It Ever Run Again?

This is the latest progress on the 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 that I am fixing up for a friend. The bike has not been started for the last 8 + years. I have dis-assembled the bike as far as I plan on taking it apart. I will start cleaning up and painting any parts that need it. I will have to flush the fuel sysyem and remove rust from the gas tank. The brakes will need to be serviced too.
