Tibetan MOMO | dumplings | How to make Momos

Momos!!!! Momo is one Tibetan dish I will personally never get tired of eating! So today I made a batch to eat and also to freeze some later! I made a couple of usual shape that we normally do (u might see the shape I used for mothuk few days earlier in the video too) anyways hope all the non Tibetans give it a try! ❤️🥟🥟🥟 Always remember to add water to the meat mixture, it makes the momo juicy! And I added oil bcoz I had more lean meat and very less fat in there! The dough should be firm - only flour and water! Cook it on steamer for 15 mins and your set to go!
