1982 Kawasaki 750 Ltd Rebuild (Part 3 Engine withdrawel / disassembly)
This evening I have really been able to make some progress. I explain in detail the disassembly of the top half of the engine. As mentioned I need to check the cylinder 3 intake valve leak and therefor need to take off the cylinderhead. I also explain in detail the process of measuring the valve clearances and discover changes in previous measurements, specifically in cylinder 1 intake and cylinder 3 intake. Coming Saturday I will bring the cylinderhead to my friend and motorcycle mechanic Ted Koks to check the valve and if necessary replace it with a new one. I will be filming the process as much as possible!
