The Seed of Juna is an adult animation pilot for a future web series that follows a young girl, who wakes up on an alien planet after being killed on Earth, and is determined to revenge her executioner, whatever it takes.

Inspired by the mystery of “Lost” and “Cube”, pushed by the visual legacy of H.P Lovecraft and H.R Giger, and influenced by the character development of “Evangelion”, Juna's story absorbs you into its horrifying but beautiful post apocalyptic universe where only the strongest can survive.

The project is created and directed by an independent filmmaker and VFX artist Álvaro García Martinez. Álvaro directed and produced an award-winning short animated film SUMER and worked on visual effects for The Jungle Book, Ready Player One, Avengers, and Pacific Rim.
