Creating Fabric Covered Journals-Part 1, Gelli Printing on Fabric, Free Motion Stitching, Fabric Art

In Part 1 of making fabric covered journals, I print white denim using a GelliArts gelli plate. Using both acrylic paint and Distress Oxides, I experiment with stencils and stamps. After the prints are dry, I paint a coat of Modge Podge for Fabric to seal the paint. Lots of fun stitches and fabric collages are added using a free motion technique. Enjoy the video!
