HOW DOES BIG PIPE(12INCHES) WITH EQUAL BRANCH BE MADE ONBOARD WITHOUT PATTERN IN EASY WAY

Making 12 inches tee pipe for sea water cooling of main engine is quit difficult but fitter manage to do it. How to make big tee pipe and impossible to make but they can with varieties tricks and ideas. Big pipe is not our job , this job for the dry dock but the circumstances we cannot avoided it is time to make it ahead to dry docking as I told before our position as fitter is difficult in time comes like this but if you are confident your self to do it even some others basher destructing your ideas and don't mind it continue until you will success. YES BIG PIPE is not the easy one especially you are onboard but we cannot think negative but instead think positive cos once you make little error let say 5mm differences your effort are useless. let try yourself double check all the time so that you can rectify the error during work process and let the other people hear their suggestion and ideas coz nobody is perfect even you are 24 yrs experience as fitter but I tell the truth even I'm veterans but I need to learn more and more coz we are not perfect to the field of fitter job
