Why are Belgians so helpful?

We accidently met the most incredibly helpful Jewellers on our holiday and they gave us some incredibly useful information!! What an unforgettable experience! As we just moved from London it is always difficult to settle into a new country as we don't know where any of the good shops and suppliers are. So this was a game changer!
