Where are the arenas for the Hunger Games located?

Hi friends! This week we look at where the arenas for the Hunger Games are located!

The Hunger Games take place every year in a new arena. Yet, we never see an arena in any of the districts or the Capitol. So are the arenas located outside of Panem, or somewhere hidden inside the country?
