SpaceX is moving to rapid high-precision starship production (header tank) Boca Chica TX June 3 2021

Spacex is not only increasing the production pace of the Starship and Super Heavy Booster it is also making manufacturing more precise.
The LOX / CH4 collection tanks are an important part of the landing equipment. They have to withstand high loads and be processed with high accuracy.

The fuel farm is responsible for providing the fuel, which is supplied with self-manufactured LOX and CH4.
We see the first pipelines connected to the heat exchangers. The heat exchangers are used for the recondensation or supercooling of LOX and CH4.

Die LOX / CH4 Sammeltanks sind ein wichtiger bestandteil des Landeequipments. Sie müssen hohen Belastungen standhalten und hochgenau verarbeitet sein.

Für die Bereitstellung des Treibstoff ist die Tankfarm verantwortlich die mit selbsthergestellten LOX und CH4 versorgt wird.
Wir sehen die ersten Rohrleitungen die an die Wärmetauscher angeschlossen wurden. Die Wärmetauscher sind für die Rekondensierung oder das unterkühlen von LOX und CH4 verantwortlich.
