MME Departure Schedule Not Working - What's up with the Mach E Now?

In this video, the Mach E was fully charged, plugged in AND a departure schedule was set 12 hours prior. What is going on with the MME now!? Is this a departure schedule glitch, or is the PTC heater not functioning properly?
