2 in 1 LBR iisy cobot application: pick-and-place solution and vision based quality check

In cooperation with Bosch Rexroth, SMC and SensoPart, KUKA is presenting a sensitive pick-and-place solution combined with a vision based quality check. In developing the new LBR iisy series, our experts are drawing on 50 years of technology knowledge in robotics.

With the Smart Flex Effector from Bosch Rexroth, a 6D position feedback system, even components with large tolerance can be automated economically. The SMC gripper with integrated valves ensures a secure and reliable grip on the circuit board. The compact and lightweight 2D camera from SensoPart detects and checks components and identifies barcodes and matrix codes.

Through the partnership with Bosch Rexroth, SMC and SensoPart in the Robotic Republic ecosystem KUKA offers a perfectly coordinated solution.
