Drill press with 1/2 inch min. chuck W/key
Vise and C clamps
File
Hammer and center punch
Center drill or small drill
1/4 inch drill and an S drill .348
you can also use a T drill .358 or 23/64 drill .359 for the cylinder bore
6" Calipers
a square or combination square
oil
