A NEW SERIES here at RTS! 4for4 Series
What fun! Today we will be building our kit for
this series and then cutting our papers for our 4 Layouts!
**Don't skip the step of numbering papers!**

// Building our Kit - 4for4 Series
KIT INSTRUCTIONS
** Double-page gals = select double the papers!**

: Select 5 Patterned Papers (12x 12 size)
1 - Inspiration piece or direction you want Kit to go
4 - supporting/coordinating patterned papers
*** NUMBER your papers 1 -5***
-options: you can pull some scraps (if you wish)

: Select 4 Cardstock/Background papers
- Select all the same, all basics or mix it up

: Select 4 - (8 1/2 x 11) cardstock (you decide color)
- 2 will be for matting (if you wish)
- 2 will be for cards (if you wish)
- options: you can skip both matting and cards
- options: you can simply use pre-made card bases

: Select 4 envelopes (you decide color)
-options: you can skip the cardmaking (if you wish)
-options: you can simply use pre-made cards bases/envelopes

:Select 4 Alphas
- select 2 bigger and 2 smaller (if you wish)
- choose neutral colors or alphas to coordinate with kit
- choose a mix of fonts and styles (if you wish)

:Select 4 Washi OR Border Strips OR Ribbon
-choose one category OR all three OR a mixture
-choose a variety of colors and patterns

: Select a Border Punch OR a Shape Punch (or both)

: Select EMBELLISHMENTS!!!
-the fun stuff!
- you get 4 minutes (lol- you can have more than 4!)
- just don't spend 40 minutes. make quick decisions
-choose by Mood/Feel and/or by Kit Colors
- you can always pick out something else later!

:Select BONUS Embellishment!
-choose the one embellishment that you is FAVORITE
-OR maybe something NEW to you
- OR something you want to challenge yourself to use
- our finishing touches (enamel dots/sprays) can be added later

CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
** Double-page gals = cut double the papers!**
***DON'T SKIP NUMBERING YOUR PAPERS***
Write your papers and numbers down! You won't remember..lol

Paper Number 1, 2 and 3: CUT IN THIS ORDER
:Cut 1/2 x 12inch piece
:Cut 6 x 12inch piece
:then rotate paper as shown in video
:Cut AT 6inches, then AT 4inches, left with a 2inch piece

Paper Number 4: CUT IN THIS ORDER
:Cut (2) 4 x 12inch pieces
:Cut (1) 2 x 12inch piece
:Cut (2) 1 x 12inch pieces

Paper Number 5: Leave as 12x12 (use as BONUS sheet)
