Tri-State Arsenal 15u 2020 Prime (7) - Team Citius Elite (2)

The Prime go on to win their 3rd game of the week behind their starting pitcher Owen Evert and capitalized on the shaky start of Alex Santos. Santos didn't have his best stuff on the mound. He couldn't find his location and due to some wild pitches, the Prime jumped to an early 2 - 0 lead after the first inning. Despite the bad start by Santos, he proves to be a definite prospect to watch.

The Prime pitching and defense held Team Citius Elite at bay until the top of the 6th inning when Citius scored 2 runs. The Arsenal up 3 - 2 coming into the bottom of the 6th, score 4 runs on passed balls and Xavier comes thru with bases loaded hitting a single and also driving in a run.

Xavier goes 1 for 2, with a walk, 1 rbi and 1 run scored.

Tri-State goes on to win 7 - 2.
