AlphaFold 2 Learns the Entire Human Proteome (AlphaFold Protein Structure Database)

In this video, I provide a high-level overview of the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database which is an epic collaboration between DeepMind and EMBL EBI (European Bioinformatics Institute). Not only did the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database predicted the protein structure of the entire human proteome (more than 23,000 proteins), it also predicted the protein structures of other organisms and counting.
