My master bedroom was in NEED of a makeover, but I really didn't have money to spend on it. Instead, I got creative with what I had, reused, moved things around the house and made it work. Our bedroom is quite small by American standards and to make it feel bigger it was necessary to create as simple of a space as possible. I don't believe everyone or every space needs to be a minimalist, but when working in a small area, sometimes the simpler something is the better. I love how the bedroom makeover turned out. It's a minimalist chic style that makes me excited to read in bed at night and apparently makes my cat excited to use the bathroom on our bed 🤣.
