Unique VCA that’s also a wave shaper, overdrive, and filter - With AtoV project cDVCA

The brand new AtoV project cDVCA is a module inspired by class D amplification. It can be used as a regular VCA, but the clever design makes it also suitable as oscillator, synth voice, wave shaper, overdrive, distortion, and simple filter. In short, it’s a VCA that’s actually a complex sounds design tool!

In this video I explain how the module is operated. But I mostly focus on a series of patches and audio demos using the cDVCA as synth voice, sound design tool, and audio processor.
