The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Episode 3 "Power Broker" Review | SuperRockBoi (Episode 5)

Unbeknownst to Sam, Bucky orchestrates a prison riot to help Barron Zemo escape and he agrees to help stop the Flag Smashers. They travel to Madripoor, a criminal sanctuary city-island. Its revealed that the Power Broker hired former Hydra scientist Dr. Wilfred Nagel to recreate the Super Soldier Serum. Sam's identity is exposed by a call from his sister. Sharon Carter, who has been living as a fugitive, saves them from bounty hunters and brings them to Nagel's lab. They learn he recreated twenty doses of the serum, which stole by Karli Morgenthau. Zemo kills Nagel despite his cooperation and commitment that there was no serum in the lab. Sharon stays behind in Madripoor and Sam agrees to obtain a pardon for her.

John Walker ("NEW Captain America") and Lemar Hoskins arrive in Berlin and deduce that Bucky and Sam helped Zemo escape from prison. While the Flag Smashers raid a Global Repatriation Council (GRC) storage facility in Lithuania for supplies, Zemo, Barnes, and Wilson travel to Latvia to search for Karli. Bucky recognizes Wakandan tracking devices in the street and confronts Dora Milaje Ayo, who demands that Zemo be turned over to her.
