FIXED! Freezing & Hesitating TV, DVD Player, Set Top Box (4K)

Had a strange problem with videos from the DVD player and set top box freezing/starting/stopping. Here's the fix I found for it.

HDMI version 1.0 up to 4.95 Gbps theoretically can Play standard Blu-ray video and audio at full resolution
HDMI version 1.1 up to 4.95 Gbps

HDMI version 1.2 up to 4.95 Gbps improved audio and colors

HDMI version 1.2a up to 4.95 Gbps Consumer Electronic Control (CEC), commands, and compliance testing. CEC allows HDMI devices to control each other. So it's possible for the user to operate multiple devices with one handheld remote control device.

HDMI version 1.3 up to 10.2 Gbps. Increased 8 bit color to 10-bit, 12-bit, or 16-bit per channel. Improved sRGB/YCbCr to include xvYCC. Supported Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Added Reference Cable Equaliser to allow HF displays to recapture data degraded over copper lines
