How to Gel Coat Paint a Boat Deck

Welcome back to Zach's Garage! In today's episode we are painting the deck of the boat. Using an HVLP spray gun, White gel coat paint, styrene monomer to thin the paint. And a hi-gloss, top-coat / additive called 27x1 made by prestec. We also wet sand the deck in between layers!

Coming up in the next episode we are rebuilding the gimbal housing for the alpha one outdrive!
