पारंपारिक पद्धतीने दगडी खलबत्त्यात मिरचीचा ठेचा | ठेचा,भाकरी आणि कांदा | Maharastrian Thecha Recipe |

साहित्य/ingredients
• हिरवी मिरची –Green chillies
• २०-२५ लसूण पाकळ्या - 20-25 garlic cloves
• १ चमचा तेल - 1 tbsp cooking oil
• चवीनुसार मीठ - Salt to taste

Method:
• Wash chilies well and remove the stalk.
• Heat up oil on low heat in a skillet.
• Add green chilies, garlic and roast it together on low flame for about 6-7 minutes.
• When brown spots begin to appear on the chilies, turn off the gas and let it cool down.
• Transfer it into the mortar and mash it coarsely with the help of pestle.
• You can blend it in mixer too.
• Add salt and mix well. Thecha is all ready.
• You can serve it with bhakari. Add a little oil while serving.
