Noisy Neighbours 🤔heard on the render 🤯

Has anyone else experienced this noise from neighbours from the render?
Low frequency bass noise transmitting through the structure of the building. It seemed to travel through the rigid insulation that the whole house was covered in. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this?
