Days before the COVID-19 lockdown in California, the Beyond the Backlot crew got to work on a Location Scout for an 80s movie we'll never forget: Top Gun. And with the sequel, Top Gun: Maverick, hitting theaters (in the summer, maybe?) we thought what a perfect opportunity to feel some adrenaline-based nostalgia.

Join Chris and Dave as they head to a few iconic spots in the San Diego area where the famous naval aviators hung out. What a rush it was to see the way one location EMBRACED its place in Top Gun history.
