Quilting Question: What is a "Double Square in a Square?"

A "Double Square in a Square" would be Option 2 of the Square in a Square quilt piecing system. An "option" is a triangle unit such as flying geese, half-square triangles, square in a square or any of the 39 Options currently available.
In this episode, Jodi makes the Option 2 where she goes around the square "two" times making the "double square in a square." But just as easily, we could go around "any number of times" making a "triple square in a square and so on like we did in the Basket Collector quilt."
