Let's Tech: Tracking file changes with Process Monitor (procmon.exe)

In this (very belated) episode of Let's Tech I'll cover how to use procmon to track changes to files, then step it up and show you how to script out the change and deploy it to many servers.

For instance, this was inspired by a case where I had a customer with massive sysvol replication that was being caused by a third party. This is how I solved it.
