This is my first work, made of linden wood.
I carved it at the request of a friend, and initially, I wasn’t sure if I liked it.
I made a few mistakes on it, but I still decided to leave it here as a memory for myself.
Linden wood is soft, much easier to carve, but any wrong movement can completely ruin any detail. Since I still don't know exactly what is the right way, I had to redo the face several times because I was trying to carve gently, but the knife kept slipping and erasing everything 🥲

I will continue practicing woodworking and will show you moments from the process and the results.
I think it's a beautiful material, and I want to learn it. ☀️
