Yoga Nidra for Healing the Emotional Body | Integrating and Releasing the Body’s Stored Emotions

This guided Yoga Nidra practice gently leads you into the inner landscape of the emotional body, offering space to connect with and integrate the emotional wisdom held within the organs.

Drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we explore the body’s natural correspondence between emotions and specific organs—such as the lungs (grief), the liver (anger), the heart (joy), the spleen (worry), and the kidneys (fear). Through guided awareness and interoceptive presence, we heighten our sensitivity to each organ’s sensations and emotional messages.

This practice strengthens the mind-body connection, helping us recognize where emotions are stored and how they move through us. With compassion and gentle presence, we create space to release held emotion, restore flow, and welcome more balanced, conscious emotional expression.
