"I booked a bus from Hyderabad (jbs) to Vijayawada. It is Apsrtc Indira bus. While booking the ticket I chose seat no.4(window seat) which is in the 1st row as shown while booking. But when I have boarded the bus 3,4seats are in the 2nd row and to my surprise seat no 4 is not even a window seat... I have uploaded both the videos as proof... This is not the 1st time I have faced different types of incidents like this many times... Still Redbus is not improving or addressing its complaints..."
