上海天马山世茂深坑酒店是由上海世茂集团投资建设，是世界上首个建设于坑内的五星级酒店，酒店配备水下情景套房、空中花园、壮观瀑布、钢结构抗9级地震建筑等。2013年3月，深坑酒店正式动工。2013年10月21日，坑壁和坑底岩石进行首次爆破。该酒店于2017年年底竣工，预计2018年下半年开业，建成后或成为世界上海拔最低的酒店。Shanghai Tianmashan Shimao Shenkeng Hotel is invested and built by Shanghai Shimao Group.
