Changes to ATV UTV Laws in Iowa

According to Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, effective July 1, 2022 99 Iowa counties will change their laws to place fewer restrictions on drivers of All-Terrain Vehicles (“ATV”) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (“UTV”).
