WORLD BARTENDER of the YEAR - Karina Tamm, representing Estonia, competing in the Super Final of the World Cocktail Championship 2018 held in Tallinn, Estonia.

The Super Final is when all 6 Gold Medal winners from the competitions compete against eachother to become the overall WORLD BARTENDER of the YEAR.

Her winning cocktail was called DESSERT ROYALE.

2.5 cl Royal Mix (homemade)
5 Bar spoons Monin Salted Caramel
3.0 cl Coconut milk (float)

Method: Shake & Double Strain
Glass: Durobor – Heritage 2998/26
Garnish: Sea salt & coffee Chocolate by Karu Talu on top of layering.
Decoration: Dewberry, mint, vanilla & edible gold, Cacao powder.
