Quadruple 100s Stat Build - Here's How I Did It

I have finally created a build using 4 max stats at one time with only armor I obtained solo. In this video I go over how I was able to pull this off and how you can do this for yourself as a solo player. You will need to collect high stat armor that also has the perfect stats that you're looking for while minimizing the stats you aren't looking for. You also need to use specific mods and fragments to push you over the limit. And there are a few tricks to make collecting good armor much easier.
