Aloha Everyone! It’s Lynn with iHula Hawaii, where I am bringing the hula of Hawai‘i to you. In this video, we’re going to do a basic warm-up of our hula steps. We’re going to do the hela, ka‘o and the kaholo. We will also do some arm placement with straight arms, so you can see where you arms need to go in the hula, and then add in those beautiful hula hands.

I just need you to follow me as I’m dancing backwards in this video. And it’s set to the fun Lilo & Stitch’s “He Mele No Lilo.”
