Strawberry and cream parfait:
1 1/2 cups of chopped strawberry
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Crushed tea biscuits

Mini pancake bites:
Pancake batter
Nutella
Jam
Kiwi ( or desired fruits )

Nutella and oats balls :
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup regular oats
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp honey
Almonds for the filling
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds for the coating

Fruit kebab:
Fruits ( kiwi, strawberries, apples, bananas,... Etc)
Lemon juice
Wooden skewers

Kiwi cheesecake tarts :
Tart shells
125 gr cream cheese
3 tbsp sugar ( or sweetened condensed milk )
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Kiwi for garnish

Jelly and pudding cups :
1 envelope of jelly (85 gr) prepared as instructed )
1 cup of boiling water
1 cup of cold water
Pudding :
2 cups of whole milk
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
