Catch and Cook Monkeyface Eel - Lowtide foraging

I go poke poling along the Northern California coast during an extremely low tide (-1.71 ft) and explore the tide pools. I catch a monkeyface eel with a poke pole, and some rock crab by hand which I cook up for my lunch. There were some surprises along the way as well!

I appreciate the comments regarding the safety of the crabs in which a single claw was harvested. The crabs are probably at a disadvantage, but I figure it gives them a chance to live rather than harvesting the entire crab and killing them, and that's a 0% chance of living. Here's a video of crabs that routinely amputate their own claws after injury. If it was completely detrimental to their health, I don't think they would have evolved to do this on themselves. It seems that having a "bad claw" is more disadvantageous to them (and hence why they amputate their claw) than regrowing a new one. Check it out: https://youtu.be/iwJgIaVzjvA?t=49
