The Superset Routine That Builds Bigger Arms Fast

Still training biceps and triceps on separate days and wondering why your arms won't grow?

Here's the smarter way to train them. 💪

Training both sides of the arm together with supersets creates more blood flow, more tension and faster growth than splitting them ever will.

The routine — 3 to 4 rounds each superset:

Superset 1
✅ Strict barbell curls — elbows close, lower fully, squeeze hard at the top
✅ Close grip bench press — hands shoulder width, elbows tucked, lock out completely
Rest 60 seconds

Superset 2
✅ Incline dumbbell curls — arms stretched behind body, controlled, no swinging
✅ Overhead triceps extensions — lower deep, elbows in, extend fully at the top
Rest 60 seconds

Superset 3
✅ Hammer curls — neutral grip, controlled every rep, builds arm thickness
✅ Dips — lower with control, press up strong, lock out fully

Train both sides of the arm together consistently and your arms will grow faster than they ever have before.
