BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is the entry-level model of the German manufacturer in India. The 2 Series Gran Coupe made its global debut at the 2019 L.A Motor Show and the company introduced the model within a year of the international launch. The entry-level sedan is based on the UKL2 front-wheel-drive platform, which is shared with X1 and Mini models.

The Gran Coupe design theme makes the 2 Series stand out from the competition and it is the youngest member of the family. The front gets LED headlamps along with new grille while the side gets 18-inch alloy wheels and frameless doors too. The rear gets LED tail lamps and the whole design is inspired from the bigger 8 Series.

The interior is modern and the design is in line with other BMW models. The 2 Series Gran Coupe comes with 10.25-inch touch screen infotainment system and 8.8-inch instrument cluster. The 2 Series Gran Coupe is loaded with features like adaptive cruise control, rear collision alert etc. BMW is offering the 2 Series Gran Coupe in Sports and M-Sport trim.

In India, 2 Series Gran Coupe is powered by 2.0 L diesel and petrol engines. The 2.0 L diesel engine produces 190 hp and 400 Nm while the petrol engine puts out 189 hp and 280 Nm. These engines are mated to 8-speed automatic gearbox. BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe Sport Line is priced at Rs. 39.3 Lakh & Rs. 41.4 Lakh for the M-Sport
